Also, only 12% of all free trial users engaged with [Areas of Interest] &#8211; one of the main features of our platform. These numbers were lower than we expected. And that in turn would mean that they wouldn\u2019t convert to paid users &#8211; aka the common \u2018leaky trial funnel\u2019 problem.<\/p>\n<p>Attention Insight decided to take action &#8211; and plug that \u2018leaky funnel\u2019 with better <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/self-serve-onboarding-saas\/\">self-serve onboarding<\/a>.
