They also needed a way to <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/product-communication\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">communicate <\/a>with students directly, for example, to onboard them, without direct teacher supervision. And, of course, train teachers on how to maximize the <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/product-value\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">product value<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Most importantly, Beable realized they needed more effective ways to <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/collect-customer-feedback\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">collect feedback <\/a>and analyze their <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/increase-user-engagement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">user engagement<\/a> for better-informed decision-making.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"2635b\">Solution: Leveraging an all-in-one solution<\/h2>\n<p>Beable used a few <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/introducing-userpilot-analytics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Userpilot analytics<\/a> and feedback features to measure its product <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/performance-reporting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">performance <\/a>and track user <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/customer-interactions-guide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">interactions <\/a>with its product.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"285it\">Page tagging to monitor feature engagement<\/h3>\n<p>To track feature engagement, Ann Marie first used <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/mixpanel-vs-google-analytics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Google Analytics 4 <\/a>but found it too complex.<\/p>\n<p>First, to tag the features, she needed developer help, which slowed things down. She also found the reporting features \u201ccryptic.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Userpilot solved both problems. It allowed her to tag features from the front end <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/no-code-analytics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">without any coding<\/a>. Before <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/userpilot-features\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">adopting Userpilot<\/a>, they only had anecdotal data on the performance of the service.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>We previously used a 3rd party tool to provide our teacher with professional development. Anecdotally, we heard that teachers didn&#8217;t like leaving our site to learn another tool. We could see that in 2022, we had just 105 unique users in that other product.<br \/>\n<\/em>We spent time this year creating our own Educator Academy. We started a survey on March 26 and to date (April 4, 2024), it&#8217;s been shown to 852 users and 41 users have completed it.
