However, SaaS companies can do this too, i.e., by giving users free feature credits.<\/p>\n<p data-block-id=\"b72qu\">\ud83d\udc40 <strong>What Zapier does:<\/strong> Here\u2019s what I like: they don\u2019t throw credits at everyone. This email is triggered when you\u2019ve started setting up a Google Ads Zap but haven\u2019t finished. It\u2019s rewarding users for taking action while nudging them to complete a setup that\u2019s genuinely valuable for them. Might get too much for a first-time user!<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"1ggtr\" data-block-id=\"1ggtr\">Action reminder emails that reduce friction<\/h2>\n<p data-block-id=\"ckhv7\">If users are not doing a specific action (e.g., <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/subscription-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">continuing subscription<\/a>), that\u2019s when you send action reminder emails. However, here are my two cents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>They could\u2019ve done without the blue \u201cHeads Up\u201d visual, especially because the text underneath says the same thing, making it look a tad cluttered.<\/li>\n<li>They could\u2019ve either eliminated the <a href=\"https:\/\/userpilot.com\/blog\/user-feedback\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">user reviews<\/a> altogether or added more focused ones. However, there are a few things (e.g., the capitalized &#8220;Prospecting Criteria\u201d or the no-name mention) that make it look like it was automated and not truly sent by a CSM.<\/p>\n<p data-block-id=\"14ho9\">Aside from this tiny detail, the email is good to go!
