In order for an article to be considered for publication on the blog, it must meet the following standards:

Format: Successful articles usually fall into one of three buckets: (1) Instructional or educational content on a relevant topic or SEO-focused keyword, (2) Experience or story of yourself or another company and what you learned, (3) Opinion or perspective on a trend, “best practice,” or observation. We also love completeness, creativity and compelling. Here’s our brand voice document.

Audience: It must be written for product managers, product marketers, customer success, and growth managers and experts of SaaS or subscription companies.

  • Ownership: Userpilot owns the rights to any and all content published on its blog. Userpilot reserves the right to repurpose, republish, update, or remove contributed content at any time.

Guest Post Guidelines– Length: Articles can range from 1800 to 3,000 words in length.

Media: Consider what visual elements you might include with your post. We expect all final submissions to include photos, graphics, and screenshots.

Tone: Read a few posts on the Userpilot blog to get a feel for the voice and tone we use.
