Identify users and companies

The Identify API lets you recognize users/companies and add detailed information about them.

Sample use cases:

  • Identify users when they log in, sign up, or update their information.
  • Automatically check for changes in user/company data and update Userpilot.

Track events

The Track API records custom events based on user actions. 

Sample use cases:

  • Track actions like button clicks, form submissions, or purchases
  • Record email confirmations, high-volume events, or other user actions.

Privacy settings
