Userpilot Proof of Concept (PoC) Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

The Userpilot 3-Month Free Proof of Concept (“PoC”) offer is available exclusively to new prospective customers who meet all of the following criteria:

  • The company has not previously:
    • Booked or attended a demo with Userpilot.
    • Signed up for a free trial of Userpilot.
    • Engaged in an active or prior sales conversation with a Userpilot representative.
    • Entered into a commercial agreement or deal with Userpilot.
    • Held a Userpilot subscription or used the platform as a paying or free customer.
  • The applicant must be an authorized representative of a registered company with a valid business email address.

2. Duration and Scope

  • The Proof of Concept provides free access to the full Userpilot platform for a duration of 90 days starting from the date of account activation.
  • The offer includes:
    • Full access to all Userpilot features (Onboarding, Analytics, and User Feedback modules).
    • Implementation and onboarding support from the Userpilot Customer Success team.
    • Optional migration support if the participant proceeds to a paid plan after the PoC.

3. Limitations

  • The PoC offer is limited to one instance per company.
  • Userpilot reserves the right to decline or revoke PoC access if eligibility criteria are not met or if misuse of the offer is detected.
  • The PoC may not be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions.

4. No Commitment

  • The PoC is free of charge and non-binding. No payment information is required to start.
  • At the end of the PoC period, continued access will require the purchase of a Userpilot subscription plan.

5. Data and Privacy

  • Participants agree that data collected during the PoC may be used by Userpilot to improve service delivery, in accordance with the Userpilot Privacy Policy.
  • All data collected and processed during the PoC remains the property of the participant and will be deleted upon request after the PoC ends.

6. Modifications and Termination

  • Userpilot reserves the right to modify or terminate the PoC offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to these terms will be published on the Userpilot website.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the Proof of Concept form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
